Warranty Coverage

We warrant that products purchased from Minimalpost will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Dead on Arrival (DOA) Claims

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or non-functional upon arrival, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for DOA coverage.

To file a DOA claim:

Submit clear photos showing the damage or defect

Resolution Options

Upon verification of a valid warranty claim, we will work with you to provide one of the following resolutions at our discretion:

Replacement: We will send you a replacement product at no additional cost, including shipping.

Repair: For certain products, we may offer repair services or replacement parts.

Refund: We will issue a full refund to your original payment method, including the original shipping cost if the issue was present upon delivery.

Store Credit: In some cases, we may offer store credit for the purchase amount.

The specific resolution will depend on product availability, the nature of the defect, and your preference.

Return Shipping for Warranty Claims

For valid warranty claims, we will cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label or reimburse you for reasonable return shipping costs upon approval of your claim.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear from regular use

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper care

Damage from accidents, modifications, or unauthorized repairs

Products purchased from unauthorized retailers or third parties

Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality (unless present upon delivery)

Damage occurring during return shipment if not properly packaged

Issues reported after the applicable claim window has expired

Warranty Period

DOA claims must be filed within 48 hours of delivery. For other defects discovered during normal use, claims must be filed within 30 days of delivery, which aligns with our standard return window.

Proof of Purchase Required

A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all warranty claims. Please retain your order confirmation email for your records.

Limitation of Liability

This warranty is provided in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied. Our liability under this warranty is limited to repair, replacement, or refund as described above. We shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.

State-Specific Rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
