Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Last updated: February 2, 2026

Georgia residents have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of their personal information under the Georgia Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and Georgia Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

What Does "Sale" and "Sharing" Mean?

Under Georgia law, "sale" means disclosing personal information to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration. "Sharing" means disclosing personal information to third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising (also known as targeted advertising).

While we do not sell personal information for money, we may share certain information with advertising partners to deliver personalized ads based on your browsing activity. This sharing may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under Georgia law.

What Information May Be Shared?

The categories of personal information that may be shared for advertising purposes include:

Identifiers (such as IP address, device ID, cookie IDs)

Commercial information (products viewed, purchase history)

Internet or network activity (browsing behavior, interactions with ads)

Inferences (preferences and interests derived from your activity)

Method 2: Browser Settings and Cookie Controls

You can also manage cookies and tracking technologies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies, though this may affect website functionality.

Global Privacy Control (GPC)

We recognize Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. If your browser or device is configured to send a GPC signal, we will treat it as a valid opt-out request for the device and browser from which the signal is sent.

To enable GPC, you may need to download a browser extension or use a browser that supports GPC. Visit the Global Privacy Control website for more information about participating browsers and tools.

What Happens When You Opt Out?

When you opt out:

We will stop sharing your personal information with third parties for targeted advertising purposes

You may still see advertisements, but they will be less personalized and relevant to your interests

Your opt-out preference applies to the specific browser and device you're using, so you may need to opt out on each device and browser you use

If you clear your cookies or use a different device, you may need to opt out again

Verification

We do not require you to create an account or provide additional personal information beyond what is necessary to process your opt-out request. However, we may ask for limited information to verify your request and ensure we're applying the opt-out to the correct individual.

No Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your right to opt out. You will receive the same level of service, pricing, and quality whether or not you opt out of sale or sharing.

Authorized Agents

You may authorize someone to submit an opt-out request on your behalf. The authorized agent must provide proof of authorization, such as a signed permission document or power of attorney.

Additional Privacy Rights

Georgia residents have additional privacy rights, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete personal information, and the right to correct inaccurate information. To learn more about these rights and how to exercise them, please see our Georgia Privacy Notice.
