Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances change and you may need to cancel an order. This policy outlines when and how cancellations can be processed.

Cancellation Before Shipment

If you need to cancel your order before it ships, please contact us immediately:

While we will make every effort to accommodate your cancellation request, we cannot guarantee it will be successful. Once an order enters our fulfillment process, it may not be possible to stop it from shipping. Our team processes orders quickly—typically within 1–3 business days—so time is of the essence.

Important: Orders placed after 6:00 PM CST are processed the following business day. If you place an order and immediately realize you need to cancel, contact us right away for the best chance of successful cancellation.

Cancellation After Shipment

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. At this point, you have two options:

Option 1: Refuse Delivery
You may refuse the package when the carrier attempts delivery. The package will be returned to us, and we will process a refund once we receive it back. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable in this case.

Option 2: Accept and Return
You can accept the delivery and initiate a return within 30 days of receipt following our standard returns process. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for complete details.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation request is successfully processed before shipment, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Orders We May Cancel

We reserve the right to cancel orders in certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

Product unavailability or inventory errors

Pricing or product information errors

Suspected fraudulent activity

Inability to verify order information

Shipping address issues

If we cancel your order, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund if payment has been processed.

Processing Timeline

To better understand when cancellation is possible, here's our typical order timeline:

Order Placed: Payment is authorized and order enters our system

Processing (1–3 business days): Order is prepared for shipment—cancellation may be possible during this window

Shipped: Order has left our facility—cancellation is no longer possible

In Transit (3–5 business days): Package is with the carrier

Delivered: Package arrives at your address

How to Check Your Order Status

Before requesting a cancellation, you can check your order status by:

Reviewing your order confirmation email

Checking for a shipping confirmation email with tracking information

Contacting our customer service team

If you've received a shipping confirmation with a tracking number, your order has already shipped and cannot be canceled.
